We needed a new water heater. Our water has been lukewarm for months and, with winter here, I just couldn't tolerate it anymore. AAA was able to send someone out the same day I called. Dave arrived to diagnose the issue. He went over all my options, provided his personal experience and offered suggestions based on my family's needs rather than just pushing the most expensive job. We were able to get a new water heater installed the same day. He was friendly and professional!

Robbie/Alex/Colin did a great job (2 services provided). Timely, great communication, took time to explain and they were very thorough and efficient. Their professionalism and friendliness were awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend them for plumbing issues.

Dave and his helper Alex were here to fix one of our 5 toilets. In reality, all 5 needed various degrees on maintenance. Their Service Club was a perfect solution for my situation. My house is 35 years old minor plumbing issues have been ongoing the last several years. I’m thrilled I’ve got someone to call that I can trust and count on for reliable service.

Joel R hooked up the water supply to our refrigerator. This included running a new line from our main supply line. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. I would highly recommend him and AAA Plumbing.

We had our water softener replaced by Tim. Couldn't have asked for a better installation. Tim is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He removed the old unit, replaced it with a new unit, instructed my husband on operating the unit. Took the old unit away and cleaned up. Will ask for Tim in the future.

Once again AAA did a great job for my wife and I . We installed a water treatment system by Sterling. We had some hick ups on how it would regenerate the water but Rob made it work. But I believe Rob wanted better, so I believe he asked Tim and He worked his magic and it working fantastic. I think it’s great that employees can talk among themselves to improve expectations to the customer. And not worry about upsetting a co- worker. That is what working together is all about. Nobody gets the feelings hurt. Just striving to make the business better and one another better and the customer happy.

Triple A Home Services provided great communication, quick scheduling, and awesome service. I had some minor plumbing issues that needed to be repaired prior to selling my home. They were able to go out the same week, gave me a very fair estimate, and completed the plumbing easily and efficiently. Everyone I talked to was very professional and friendly! Robbie installed a new tankless gas water heater in our house to replace our traditional, 40-gallon tank unit. Robbie walked through everything that would need to be done, and completed the work on time and very professionally. The city of O'Fallon came out for an inspection a few days later (after the install) and said everything looked to be in order. The new water heater is functioning great. I am very happy with the service on this water heater replacement.

Dave and his assistant were very professional and efficient in repairing a leaking water valve under my kitchen sink and also replacing a water expansion tank on my hot water heater. Dave also took time to answer questions I had and to point out and explain ways to improve the overall water pressure in the house.

Jeremy from AAA Home Services did a fantastic job correctly troubleshooting what was initially thought by another company a failed hot water heater component and instead it was a failed Spire gas meter that could have caused my furnace to stop working. Robbie was professional polite and efficient. He came to inspect my old plumbing and bad fixed. Examined the whole layout and problem area. Estimate for all then broke down for each portion so I could pick what I could afford. AAA also has financing if needed. They have helped me in the past with drain clogs and installed new HVAC. Used before and will use again.
