For my service call I had my furnace maintenanced and a thermostat installed. Ben was very professional and he let me pepper him with questions while he installed the thermostat. He worked quietly while I was working from home and the whole appointment seemed to go quickly and smoothly. Ben did a great job - unfortunately he uncovered a problem, but the purpose of having him was to make sure everything was running properly. He was professional and knowledgeable and made sure I understood the problem and was helpful in making sure I had a plan for fixing it. I appreciated his skills in making sure everything was safe in my home.
Rob provided the quote for new HVAC and he was honest and explained everything. Mike and Seth installed and they got to work and also explained what they did and set expectations. Have used this company for various services and never disappointed. All employees are professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer questions.

Jeremy from AAA Home Services did a fantastic job correctly troubleshooting what was initially thought by another company a failed hot water heater component and instead it was a failed Spire gas meter that could have caused my furnace to stop working. Sam came out January 14. He was right on time. My furnace wasn't working properly. Had trouble heating my home. Sam found the problem in no time. Needed a sensor cleaned. Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen a couple weeks back. Tyler was out the very next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and was back with the parts exactly when he said to finish the repair. We have not had a problem since. Plus our dishwasher was a pain in the neck to close and start up ever since we bought it a few years ago. He had that problem fixed for us too!
