  •  What should I do if my dryer isn't drying properly?  Start by checking the spinning cycle of your wash machine.  If the clothes are too wet coming out of the wash machine, the dryer may not dry them properly.  Also, check and clean your lint traps every time you run your dryer.

Brian is an awful person, see yelp reviews constant complaints about him. I have reported them to the BBB and Attorney general as I was told I would be refunded my service call which was never done since they said they could fix my issue same day then came out to tell me nope they had to come another day because someone didn't write out the ticket right and they didn't bring the right parts. So I had to take off another day of work.....which isn't okay. Still they said they would make it right. Called Brian again bc still no refund and he told me this never happened. Then was reading my ticket and said items were broken nothing was broken they have my ticket clearly mixed with someone elses.

On 12/1, we went out to your home to secure the dishwasher. We were told to bring out side mount brackets. When our team arrived they noticed your unit was missing the brackets that mount to the countertop. So we had to order those OEM parts for you to secure the dishwasher properly. You didn't purchase that dishwasher from us, so we had to inspect it to make sure you had everything you needed. 4 days later we installed the dishwasher unit back on Dec. 5th, 2025. According to Brian, he never spoke to you prior to this morning and has no recollection of promising you a service call fee back on this repair.

These people run this business like a well oiled machine. I picked out a floor model dishwasher on a Friday, it was installed a week later even with some old electrical issues (an electrician came right out and installed an outlet).
